Purchase Order as a payment method
We recommend online payments as our preferred method for convenience and efficiency. When purchasing our products or services, we highly encourage using online payment options, such as credit cards or electronic payment gateways, which provide a secure and streamlined process.
However, there is a need for making payments via purchase orders, from some countries, especially the USA, generally in the Government segments. Simply put, Purchase Orders are confirmation/ approval from the concerned authority of the allotment of finance required, and can be considered like a check (cheque).
Eligibility
Please note that payments via purchase orders are eligible only for yearly plans or group plans.
Process
Since Jivrus Technologies is based in India, it cannot directly accept purchase orders or cheques from foreign countries. So the purchase order payments are routed via our partners in the closest region of the customer.
Steps
Recommend online payment to customers. Ascertain that the customer can pay only via Purchase Order.
Inform the customer that this type of purchase would be routed via our sales partner in the region and get a confirmation from them.
Provide the information (first-time customer or renewal, plan needed, etc) to the Partner and ask them to take it forward. Mark the customer in the cc. The preferred partner for the USA is Ronsys Technologies.
The Partner will generate an estimate/quote and send it to the customer. Partner may additionally provide their company/ tax information if required by the customer.
The Customer will take the estimate/quote to the concerned approval authority and provide an approved Purchase Order to the Partner
On receipt of the Purchase Order, the license will be provided to the customer (in good faith that the payment will be done).
Partner will get the payment and pay Jivrus Technologies after adjusting their commission.
