This Partner Program brings together Jivrus Technologies and its partners to enrich the customer's success and experience. This program enables partners to offer Jivrus products to their customers. Partners can resell Jivrus' products or bundle the products with partner's services to customers.

• Ronsys Technologies is a software consultancy services business in the USA, and they are re-selling Jivrus Products (e.g. Fillable Document, Form Director) to their customers, especially in the government sector.

• Novelty Data Solutions is a global software solutions provider and major services player in India. They bundle Jivrus Products along with their services offering at a discounted price.

Sales Partners

A sales partner is a company or organization that collaborates with Jivrus Technologies to resell Jivrus' products or services to their customers and prospects. Sales partnerships bring out the local presence of Jivrus Technologies via them in various geographical regions for mutual benefits including sales commission.

Affiliate Partners

An affiliate partner is an individual or company that promotes products or services on behalf of another business, known as the affiliate program or advertiser. The affiliate partner earns a commission or a predetermined reward for each sale generated through their promotional efforts.

Onboarding:

• Prospective Partner apply for partnership

• Jivrus Technologies scrutinises the potential and approve (or hold or reject) partnership.

• Approved Partners signs up a Sales Agreement with Jivrus Technologies

• Partner onboarded to Jivrus' partner ecosystem

Ordering:

• Partner orders license for Jivrus products on behalf of their customers

• Jivrus Technologies assesses the request and sends an estimate to Partner

Payment and Fulfilment

• Jivrus Technologies sends the invoice/links to make payment or Partner can send invoice to customer (depends on the territory, local law or customer's preference)

• Partner/ Customer subscribes to the product by paying using the provided link.

• Jivrus Technologies pays out commissions to Partner at regular interval (typically monthly) or Partner pays the amount after deducting the commission (when customer pays to Partner)

It is a win-win-win strategy for customers, partners and Jivrus Technologies.

• Customer gets the product with a local expert's support. Win.

• Partner enrich customer success & experience with Jivrus products and gets commissions (Typically 10%) . Win.

• Jivrus Technologies gets their product reached to customer market with a backing of Partner. Win

Jivrus Technologies aim to bring all products available to Partner Program. However, there can be products that are in special category (experimental, beta, niche etc) that may take more time to get into Partner Program.
